1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bjee ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the bjee platform — including registration, login, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must hold only one bjee account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of bjee, or a close family member of any such person, when registering as a player.

bjee reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account. KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bjee account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bjee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bjee customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Never share your bjee password with any third party, including individuals claiming to be bjee support agents. bjee staff will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed and deposits made, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• bjee uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you are responsible for the security of the device and network connection you use to access bjee.
• bjee may implement additional security measures including verification steps when logins are detected from new or unusual devices or locations. These measures are designed to protect your account and your funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bjee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible.

• bjee processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• All funds deposited to bjee must be used for gaming purposes. bjee is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. The platform must not be used to transfer, store, or launder funds.
• bjee reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on bjee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bjee does not support foreign currency accounts or multi-currency wallets.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bjee offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bjee bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration with accurate personal details and who meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full. The rollover amount and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• bjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjee platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit RNG patterns, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on any game or market available on bjee.
• Depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering. bjee is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player concerned.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market available on bjee.
• Registering as a player while under the age of 21, or allowing or facilitating access to bjee by any person under the age of 21.

bjee employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bjee reserves the right to act immediately and without notice.

7. Game Rules and Betting Markets

The specific rules governing each game, sport, or betting market available on bjee are published within the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. bjee's settlement decision is final.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a live casino game round, bjee will make every reasonable effort to settle the round based on available game data. Where a round cannot be settled definitively, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• bjee reserves the right to suspend or void any bet or market where there is evidence of match fixing, manipulation, or other corrupt activity, and where such evidence is consistent with bjee's internal integrity standards.
• E-Sports markets available on bjee are governed by the official match results published by the relevant tournament organiser. Disputed results are settled based on information available at the time of settlement and decisions are not subject to retroactive amendment.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. bjee strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years and provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools within their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at any time and their use will not negatively affect your account standing or your eligibility for promotions.

Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently close your bjee account if you feel that gaming is causing harm. To initiate self-exclusion, contact bjee customer support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, bjee will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the excluded player cannot access the platform during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during any mandatory cooling-off period specified at the time of the request.

9. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the bjee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and interface designs — is the property of bjee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjee platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the bjee platform without prior written consent from bjee.
• You may not use any automated means to access, scrape, or monitor the bjee platform or its data, including betting odds, game outcomes, or user data.
• The bjee name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bjee. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
• bjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or section of the platform at any time and without notice, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjee shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bjee platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bjee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bjee's negligence to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Amendments, Suspension, and Account Closure

bjee may suspend or close your account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to bjee, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

• Where your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bjee will provide you with written notice of closure and the reason for it wherever lawfully permitted to do so.
• You may request voluntary closure of your bjee account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• bjee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a notice displayed on the platform upon next login. Continued use of bjee following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, bjee will direct you to any applicable formal dispute resolution process. bjee's decisions on the settlement of bets and the application of game rules are final and binding.
